Burger Station

• Clean the shelves under the station
• Disinfect iPad display
• Clean cooling drawers at the burger station (especially seals and handles)
• Clean the refrigerator in the production kitchen (inside, outside, including seals)
• Check fryer daily with measuring device
• Clean heat pass inside and outside
• Clean cooking equipment and countertop
Weekly
• Clean black shelves/countertops
• Defrost, clean, and reorganize the top-right freezer
• Clean ventilation systems (steam extraction grid in machine and then change
water, clean extractor hood inside and outside, clean grease channels)
Pasta Station
Daily
• Clean cooling units 1, 2, and 3 (especially seals and handles)
• Clean all electrical devices after use
• Clean the storage room refrigerator (inside, outside, including seals)
• Clean the left freezer unit
Weekly
• Deep-clean all electrical devices with soapy water
• Clean all shelves and sort spices
• Clean walls
• Defrost, clean, and reorganize the top-left freezer
General
• Clean floors and drains (daily)
• Wash chef jackets & aprons (daily)
• Ensure digital thermometers work properly (weekly)
